Eagle Court is new staff accommodation for Epsom College which has been constructed to the rear of Heron Court, a locally listed residential building on Alexandra Road in Epsom. Heron Court provides 8 residential units for staff at the College. Eagle Court comprises one 3-bedroom residential unit; one 4-bedroom residential unit and six 2-bedroom flats. The building is constructed to the north of Heron Court and to the south of a mature copper beech tree.
