This commission was won at competition. The fully functioning theatre has been designed to be as flexible as possible with various theatre configurations, allowing seating to be reduced down to 500 seats for intimate theatre and up to 800 seats for large performances, this has been achievable by using flexible seating and acoustic partitioning of various spaces.
