Frome Town Council commissioned a master plan for Victoria Park and Mary Baily Playing Fields in Frome. The project included public consultation to inform the masterplan that included a series of improvements such as new facilities for play, sport and recreation. The first few phases have been implemented through design and build contracts with planning applications and tendering managed by NVB. These are a MUGA, tennis courts, toddler play and picnic area.
