NVB undertook a feasibility study as part of a wider school masterplan, which identified that it might be possible to locate new sports facilities required by the school within an existing playing field and area of existing courts.
The project includes a new full size combined lacrosse and hockey pitch, that can be converted into 9 tennis courts for the summer term and 4 combined netball and tennis courts. These are also fully lit with new sports lighting.
The pitch and court surfaces are of the highest standards, the lighting achieves excellent performance and environmental criteria, and the pitches sit well within the school site. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
